Summer Camp Love Story: March 2012

Dear Friends and Family,

As most of you know, Michelle and I got engaged in the first minute of 2012. It is with great joy that we write to announce our Summer Camp Love Story Wedding on June 9^th 2012. We hope to create a unique and enjoyable destination wedding that will be romantic and fun for all.

We reserved nearly all of the cabins and cottages at scenic New York Taconic State Park.

AGENDA

Friday Night - BOND FIRE cookout including wienie roasts and s’mores

Saturday Day - HIKE to the waterfall, frolicking in the lake, nap time or book reading

Saturday Night – THE BIG EVENT - followed by a FAMILY STYLE BBQ DINNER, Dancing in the pavilion, late night bond fire, s’mores, ghost stories, and campfire songs.

Sunday Morning – BUG OUT BREAKFAST - Farewell breakfast before we head back to the real world as Mr. and Mrs. Michelle and Jason Hackenwerth

ACCOMODATIONS

Camping

There are 100 camping sites available in the park for those who wish to ruff it. Taconic State Park website you can access camping maps.

Cabins / Cottages

Small 2 or 3 bedroom cabins accommodating 4 – 6 people are located in Taconic State Park. Some have double beds, twin beds or bunk beds. All facilities have kitchens some have bathrooms & fireplaces. Most cabins require that you bring your own bed/bath linens and kitchenware. Michelle and Jason are coordinating the cabin assignments and payments. Most cabins are reserved already but, if you are interested in staying in the cabins, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
